Sealfie is a SaaS biometric authentication service operated by Inkan.link, accessible via mobile and web applications. Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
These Terms govern access to and use of the Sealfie Service, which enables biometric identity verification and management of technical attestations via a mobile application and web platform.
Access to the Service requires the creation of a user account. The User must use a compatible device with up-to-date security patches as recommended by the manufacturer. The User agrees not to share their credentials, passwords, or biometric data, nor to grant access to third parties. Any change of phone number, device, or biometric data must be promptly reported to Sealfie.
3.1 Subscription terms — Access to the Service is by annual subscription, granting a quota of biometric validations as specified at sign-up. Unused quotas at the end of the annual period are not carried over.
3.2 Termination and refund — The Client company may terminate its subscription at any time via the application or by emailing support@sealf.ie. In case of termination, a refund will be made on a pro-rata basis for the unused validation quota as of the date of the request, according to the following formula: Refund amount = (Remaining quota / Annual quota) x Annual subscription price. The refund will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation of termination.
The Client company is responsible for promptly notifying Inkan.link of any changes in personnel or responsibilities regarding authorized Service users. The Client company ensures that only authorized members access the Service and use the validation quotas. The Client company is responsible for managing access and the confidentiality of its users' credentials.
Inkan.link may collect, on behalf of the Client company, information from third-party systems solely for the needs and data of that company. Consent for such collection is explicit and obtained within the Sealfie application, particularly for information related to telecommunications networks. Data processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and Sealfie's privacy policy.
The User agrees to use a secure, up-to-date device. They agree to keep their authentication methods confidential and not to allow third-party access. Any unauthorized use or suspicion of compromise must be reported immediately to Sealfie.
All elements of the Service (software, attestations, trademarks, logos) remain the exclusive property of Inkan.link or its partners.
Sealfie cannot be held liable for fraudulent use, an unsecured device, or an interruption caused by a third party. The Client company and its users are solely responsible for the use of their accounts and the confidentiality of their access.
These Terms may be modified at any time. Users will be informed of changes, which must be accepted to continue using the Service.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grenoble.
